Terrible customer service.
Have sent out wrong items twice. They're a bunch of liars and fraudsters. They denied their mistake the first time saying it's due to lighting. There is a huge difference between flamingo pink and bright pink. This time they sent the wrong shade of red which was a re-order and when I sent proofs of the 2 items showing the difference my emails were ignored.
Please don't shop from them and waste your money.

Very poor and unhelpful customer service.
I ordered a bright pink dupatta and was sent a flamingo pink instead. It's a massive difference in colour but the team said that there may be a "small" difference in colour. I wish I could post the photos on this review.
Useless and unhelpful and won't reply until you nag them.
Doubt I'd be buying from them again.

Limelight... what a fantastic name for a brand to be. I would say a dream tag for a brand. Such an amazing selection of name for a brand. Sometime name is way cool and we expect same services but here comes the reality. I thought the services would reflect the name however I would say. Its a brand full of crappy service and they only just focus on getting money from customers. I made online order with them from Australia and we received our parcel after 1 month here in Australia, we opted DhL but still international delivery takes time, when it arrived we noticed missing items, called their customer services team for help. I was advised to wait 24hrs and they will revert back to me. To my surprise I got a reply after 24hrs that we are very busy and cannot take any action on your request as it's late. Wow? How come I know about missing items in 4 days if I receive it after 1 month? Simply wow! PATHETIC

I had similar problem with another big name STYLO but not only they refund my money, they also apologised...

Guys please beware of these bunch of cheaters with zero customer services. Its just a name with nothing in reality. I would simply say... ITS JUST CRAP

I have ordered 33 dresses worth 53067
They send me 22 dresses of worth 30000 and took 53067 on cod with us
After opening the box we all were surprised as there was no bill paper inside and 12 items missing

I wanted to give this crap company 0 start rating but unfortunately there's no option for that. I placed 2 orders on 26 December 2020 and today on 14th January when I called them for the 4th time they're shamelessly telling me that ordered can't be delivered because it's out of stock!!!! Can u believe it? If it was out of stock why wasn't I informed before. Plz don't waste ur time on this scam company.

I have placed 2 orders on this site, both times it sais thankyou for your order and you will receive a confirmation email to say its been accepted and when delivery is expected. NO email received or reply to an email I sent them! Thank god I did Cash on Delivery, so no money wasted just my time. Crap company dont order anything from them!!!

1st complain: their small sizes have changed. Yes their sizes our sizes are still the same. We in our family have their small size shirts perfect still! But any small in 2020 just too big sleeces and the fitting never like before. WHY?
2nd complain: This is Jan 2020 , no Khaddar trousers in stock! Just shirts shirts shirts or shirt and shawls keep stocking restocking. Just no Khaddar trousers stitched or unstitched nowhere to find! Limelight , Nishat, Kayseria etc nobody have them really. Ridiculous. They are selling cambric trousers in Jan 2020. Shame to big brands honestly. We wasted soooo much time so much just looking for basic shade pret khaddar trousers. Then started looking for unstitched khaddar in differenct cities at these brands. They just don't have it. Illogical. Customers buying khaddar suits cannot buy cambric trousers. Why they all just did not bring these in. Unable to understand really!

I am based in UAE and I ordered lots of clothes using the limelight website but I am so disappointed as I received a wrong parcel. My paid value was PKR 23519 and I received a wrong parcel with the value of PKR 2598 . I had paid the DHL shipment charges of PKR 4000. Why on earth somebody would pay so high shipment charges for the clothes value PKR 2598????
The customer service is also not good as they keep on saying that the concerned department will contact you and the whole day has passed but nobody has contacted me yet . Nobody even bother to reply back on email and WhatsApp.
Even though they always show as online but either they don’t read the message or they don’t have a solution so they don’t bother to reply leaving an overseas customer( me) in a bad Situation .
I am worried and either I need to get my money back or I want them to deliver me the correct order and pick up this wrong order that I received . I am so disappointed with limelight . This is my last purchase with them and I won’t ever shop from limelight .

They are using a big brands name and the parcel I got had smelly clothes quality was extremely low no price tags and ordinary packing. I am sure they are fake and sell replicas. Poor customer service extremely disappointed.

When I contacted customer service they replied immediately "your package is ready to shipment"after 4 days I got it. Good quality ,fast service .helpfull customer service. THANK YOU!!
